Data is sourced from USDA FSA program records, USDA Organic Integrity (where applicable), state ag departments, and EWG farm subsidy data. Operations are cross-referenced across multiple sources before contact data is enriched and verified.

What livestock operation data fields are included?
Standard fields: operation name, operator name, deliverability-tested email, direct phone, business address, primary crop or livestock type, acreage tier, organic certification status, and FSA participation status. We can add rotation patterns or processor relationships on request.
How is the data verified?
Every operation starts with a USDA program participation record. We verify operation status, classify by primary crop and acreage, validate the email address, and check the phone number. Records that fail any verification step are flagged or excluded.
How fresh is the data?
Lists are built fresh for each order. We don't sell pre-built databases. When you place an order, we pull the latest USDA records and run verification at that point. Typical data age at delivery is under 30 days for FSA participation and under 7 days for contact verification.
Do you cover livestock operations in all states?
Yes. We cover all 50 states. Coverage is strongest in states with significant ag economies and active state ag department data programs. The Corn Belt, Plains, California, and the Southeast row-crop states have the deepest record sets. Smaller-ag states are covered through FSA records.
What's your email coverage on grower data?
Email coverage on grower data is genuinely hard. The honest answer is roughly 35-55% on a typical build, depending on operation type and geography. Larger operations and operations with USDA Organic certification have higher coverage. We're upfront about it, and we don't charge for records without contact data. Mailing addresses are 99%+ across all builds.
