Specialty Crop Grower Data

Contact data for fruit, vegetable, nut, and berry growers. Crop-specific filtering for almonds, apples, citrus, berries, leafy greens, and more. Concentrated coverage in California, Florida, Washington, and the Mid-Atlantic specialty belts.

What's included

FieldWork's specialty crops dataset covers actively reporting operations across all 50 states. Each record includes the operation name, operator or owner contact, verified email where available, direct phone, mailing address, primary commodity, acreage or head count tier, and certification status.

Data is sourced from USDA FSA program records, USDA Organic Integrity (where applicable), state ag departments, and EWG farm subsidy data. Operations are cross-referenced across multiple sources before contact data is enriched and verified.

Industry context

Specialty crops cover a vast and fragmented universe. A 12-acre berry farm in Oregon and a 4,000-acre almond operation in Stanislaus County both fall under this umbrella. Filtering by specific crop and acreage tier is the only way to get usable data.

Who uses this data

Teams selling agtech software, seed, crop protection, equipment, equipment rental, crop insurance, ag finance, and CPG ingredient buying to specialty crops operations. If your product or service serves this segment of agriculture, FieldWork provides the contacts you need to reach decision-makers directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What specialty crops operation data fields are included?

You get the operation name, operator contact, verified email, direct phone, mailing address, primary crop or livestock, acreage or head count tier, and certification flags. Additional fields like rotation patterns, irrigation type, or county-level FSA participation are available as add-ons.

How is the data verified?

Verification runs in three stages: USDA cross-check against FSA program records, contact validation through email deliverability and phone carrier checks, and operation classification against state ag department data. Only records that pass all three stages reach your final list.

How fresh is the data?

Lists are built fresh for each order. We don't sell pre-built databases. When you place an order, we pull the latest USDA records and run verification at that point. Typical data age at delivery is under 30 days for FSA participation and under 7 days for contact verification.

Do you cover specialty crops operations in all states?

Yes. We cover all 50 states. Coverage is strongest in states with significant ag economies and active state ag department data programs. The Corn Belt, Plains, California, and the Southeast row-crop states have the deepest record sets. Smaller-ag states are covered through FSA records.

What's your email coverage on grower data?

Email coverage on grower data is genuinely hard. The honest answer is roughly 35-55% on a typical build, depending on operation type and geography. Larger operations and operations with USDA Organic certification have higher coverage. We're upfront about it, and we don't charge for records without contact data. Mailing addresses are 99%+ across all builds.
