Agreement

By using fieldworkag.com and purchasing data from FieldWork, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What we provide

FieldWork provides USDA-verified grower contact data. Data is sourced from USDA program records, USDA Organic Integrity, NASS, EWG farm subsidy data, and state ag department records. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that every record will be 100% accurate at the time you use it.

Data usage

Data purchased from FieldWork is licensed for your internal business use. You may upload it to your CRM, use it for outreach campaigns, and share it with members of your team. You may not resell the raw data to third parties or use it to build a competing data product.

Deliverability guarantee

We guarantee 95%+ email deliverability on records with verified email addresses at the time of delivery. If deliverability falls below this threshold within 30 days of delivery, we will replace affected records at no charge. Records without email addresses are billed at a reduced rate or not billed depending on the order tier.

Payment

Payment is due upon delivery of the data. We accept wire transfer, ACH, and credit card. For ongoing engagements, payment terms are net 15.

Limitation of liability

FieldWork's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific data order in question. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost opportunities, or consequential damages arising from data inaccuracies.

Compliance

You agree to use data purchased from FieldWork in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and any state-specific regulations governing commercial communications. FieldWork is not responsible for how you use the data after delivery.
